Dosing mixer

Blending occurs by means of a screw with constant/variable rotation. Part of the material inside the dosing mixer is extracted, whilst the remaining recirculates inside the cone. A further device with a special shape and a pneumatic drive improves mixing thanks to a linear movement. The materials that can be mixed inside the dosing mixer are plastic, food products, paints, resins, powders, etc. Instalmec dosing mixers can work under pressure or in vacuum. It combines advantages of reduced footprint with various capacities.
