System for dry cleaning of wood

Instalmec has developed an innovative system for Dry Cleaning of wood suitable for virgin and recycled wood: after screening it is essential to divide the material into various fractions, each having particles of a different size. The material is divided into four fractions and each fraction is sent to a dedicated Separator, namely the Separator for surface fine material (this fraction forms the outer superficial layer of the panel), the Separator for surface big material (this fraction forms the surface layer of the panel), the Separator for core fine material (this fraction forms the inner layer) and the Separator for core big material (for the most inner layer of the panel). The efficiency of separation is outstanding as it is dedicated.
